SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Low-interest federal disaster loans are available to California businesses and residents affected by the Kincade Fire that occurred Oct. 23 - Nov. 7, 2019, announced acting Administrator Christopher M. Pilkerton of the U.S. Small Business Administration.
